As we rapidly grow, we are seeking experienced Consultants to join our team and work with us to deliver on community and client expectations. You will help us to continue delivering strong value and support to community and clients, working in partnership to achieve system reform, business transformation, workforce enablement and the operationalisation of strategic initiatives.
We are seeking experienced candidates from a range of industries and sectors who bring exceptional problem solving and strategic planning ability, in addition to skills and experience across the following areas:
- Research, data analysis and evaluation
- Community engagement
- Strategic policy and program design
- Cultural intelligence and capacity building
Your understanding of contemporary themes and directions for government, corporate and community across Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander advancement will position you well, as will softer skills including:
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- Conceptual thinking and managing ambiguity
- An inquisitive and process improvement mindset
- High levels of emotional intelligence and an empathetic communication style
These roles will focus on the strategic delivery of projects, ensuring the timely delivery of community and client outcomes across a diverse range of industries and sectors.
